IIT Madras Growth Fund
IIT Madras has a number of urgent causes with immediate needs that change every year. Your contributions is utilized entirely upfront and enables the institute to create a short-term impact with tangible outcomes. These include projects like funding hostel renovations and facilities, enhancing academic building, departments and laboratories as well as improving facilities like libraries, auditoriums and the sports complex. Support researchers at IIT Madras who are pushing the boundaries of knowledge to meet the needs of today's world. Their cutting-edge findings are innovative solutions to pressing global challenges. Your donation funds centers of excellence, faculty chairs, research projects and students needs at the Center for Innovation (CFI).
Supporting Students
Every day, we witness greatness in the students at IIT Madras. They come from all corners of India, each with a unique story of academic excellence against the odds. Your generous gift ensures that financial need does not stand in the way of their ambitions by providing financial support for student needs. These include scholarships, emergency funds, mess funds and living expenses. In addition, it helps with holistic support for student clubs, music clubs, sports clubs and wellness funds. With the first international campus in Zanzibar, it helps with campus scholarships and student travel grants.
Women Leading IITM
Today, women only make up about one-third of the tech industry. But as the tide begins to turn for the better, IIT Madras is proud to lead the way. The Women Leading IITM initiative elevates women students and faculty to embrace where they truly belong: positions of power.
