IIT Madras Alum Dr. Hari Balakrishnan Awarded the Marconi Prize

The 2023 Marconi Prize has been awarded to Hari Balakrishnan, the Fujitsu Professor in MIT's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) and a principal investigator in the MIT Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL). Dr. Hari Balakrishnan is also a graduate and alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India.

IIT Madras congratulates Dr. Hari Balakrishnan for this award and for his numerous humanitarian contributions and scientific excellence that creates positive impact at scale.
